DSP band - That's How the Money Gets Around

On the Spotify playlist Best Indie Country 2018 we have included the song That's How the Money Gets Around by DSP band.

DSP band (or Down South Pepper band) is a norwegian duo that plays gritty, catchy and fun outlaw country music and americana music. They have had several songs at independent international country charts and have had around 350,000 radio airplays of their songs. The duo is Rune Nyby and Per Øyvind Mathisen, but when recording this song they had Lars Rune Rebbestad playing the dobro.

Their singles are in rotation at a number of radio stations in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and USA. Thay had placements on country charts both in Norway and international based on how many times the sangs has been played on radio. Here are the placements on charts so far:

With the song That's How the Money Gets Around they became video Star of the week at Ian's Country Music Show in november 2018 and they was Artist of the Week at Wall 2 Wall Country at Penn's Peak Radio, from 4th of july 2014. They have done several radio interviews in Norway and other countries.
